You Betcha! Freeze-Drying is one of the best ways to preserve the nutritional values of fresh vegetables and fruits, unlike the alternative method of hot air drying. Freeze drying freezes the avocado solid and then pressurizes it under a vacuum, which withdraws the moisture through a process called sublimation, keeping all the nutrients and fats in place.

Yes! There is no gluten in any of our products and our facility is also gluten-free, so there is no chance of cross-contamination.

Not yet! About 95% of the world's avocados are not organic. However, we are dedicated to get our products to be 100% organic in the future.

WHY DO THE SMOKED AVOCADO BITES HAVE BROWN SPOTS?
Once freeze-dried, the brown smoked sea salt stains the avocado naturally, so don’t worry, this is not browning from oxidation. The texture and taste of the bites are not affected.
